Shipping Information
To receive the freshest cookies, please select the actual date needed by at check out.
Your order will be shipped on time to arrive prior to the date you select at check out on DATE NEEDED BY:

All orders are shipped via US Postal Service via Priority Mail 3-5 day delivery.
A Shipping Notification with Tracking Number will be sent to you as soon as a shipping label is created.
During high season or Holidays, shipping labels might be printed ahead of time, but your order will not be shipped until closer the date you select.

Policy
Cakes & Cookies by Clau is not liable for any cookies damaged during shipping or for late deliveries.
Once the order is shipped, we're not responsible for the way the box will be handled.
In case your package suffers any damage or is lost, it is insured for up to $ 50.00 with USPS.
If you want to add insurance value to it, please let me know in advance to add this value.
All claims should be handled by the buyer.
We are not responsible for uncollected packages, undeliverable or incorrect addresses.
No refunds will be issued in these cases.
To avoid any delays, make sure the address listed on your account is up to date.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because our products are perishable goods, custom/made to order and/or personalized items, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these items.

We do not offer a return policy.
Once the products have left our facility, they're no longer under our responsibility.
